Craigmyle
was built in 1913 as a boarding house and was designed by the
famous Victorian Architect Samuel McClure. Craigmyle sits on
what was once the Craigdarroch Castle tennis courts and the
steps from the castle can still be seen coming down into the
Inn's garden.
Craigmyle is a large Inn with spacious lounge
and dining room. Serving the old English style Bed & Breakfast.
Craigmyle has been owned and operated since 1975 by Jim &
Catherine Pace. Jim, an ex-chef from England, and Catherine (an
Irish Colleen) have over 40 years' experience between them in
Hotels and Guest Houses, and the first to operate a bed and breakfast
in Victoria.
